Subscriptions start in the iPhone app (paid through the App Store). The benefits also apply on any PC signed in to the same Tyranote account.
Cancel: On your iPhone, go to Settings → your Apple Account (your name) → Subscriptions → Tyranote. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge; you keep the benefits until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds: App Store purchases are handled by Apple, so request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tyranote can't refund App Store payments directly.
Your notes and photos are never deleted when a subscription ends. Your account simply returns to the free limits, and everything you've saved stays where it is.
Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Please cancel the subscription before deleting your account.
